Your Cafe Show Seoul catalog

Your booth is booked and your account is already waiting — set your password and accept the terms by the deadline, and the catalog goes live with everyone else's.

Cafe Show Seoul 2026

Nov 11–14, 2026COEX, Seoul

Days left: 9

  1. Password and terms deadline
  2. Catalog goes live

Set your password with your booth application details.

Any contact email or the representative email on the application. The address that gets the link becomes your sign-in email.

  1. Confirm your details on this page

Enter your business registration number and an email on your booth application — any contact email or the representative email works. We email that address a link to set your password.

  2. Set a password from the link and accept the terms

Open the link and set a password, and you are signed in. The first time, you accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

  3. Check the details we carried over

Company profile, contact and booth come from your booth application. Correct anything that reads wrong, and add what the form never asked for.

Once you sign in, check three things.

Your company and products are already built from your booth application. Just fix anything that is off.

  • Accepting the member terms

Your first sign-in asks you to accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Only companies that accept by Nov 14, 2026 are in the launch.

  • Your English introduction and product copy

Where the English was blank we translated your Korean. Overseas buyers read it, so give it a read and polish it.

  • Product photos

A product without a photo stays hidden. At least one per product, 600×600 px or larger.

The booth closes. The catalog does not.

  • Four days on the floor, 365 online

The show closes after four days. Your products stay searchable — with the show and the booth they came from attached.

  • Picks up where Mocha Port leaves off

Meetings during the show are booked on Cafe Show Mocha Port. When it closes on November 14, TOPIC takes over: buyers you met on the floor, and those who missed it, check specs, MOQ and lead times, then send inquiries and quote requests.

  • Written once in English, Korean optional

Write each product once in English for overseas buyers, and add Korean to reach buyers at home too.

Frequently asked questions

Setting your password

The password setup email hasn't arrived.

We send it only when the business registration number and the email match your booth application — any contact email or the representative email on it. It comes from noreply@topic.bz, so check spam. Too many requests in a short time can stop the mail, so wait an hour and ask once more. If you still can't find it, please contact TOPIC.

It says my business registration number was not found.

First check that it is the number on your booth application. If the number is right, you may not have consented to a TOPIC listing on the application, or your company may not be in this listing. Please contact TOPIC.

The link in the email does not open.

A link works once, for 60 minutes, and asking again cancels the earlier one. Ask again on this page and open the link in the newest email.

Can I use Forgot password instead?

The first password can only be set from this page. Forgot password before then only sends you an email pointing back here. Once a password is set, use Forgot password if you lose it.

Forgot password
I applied for several companies with one email.

The company that sets its password first signs in with that email. When the next company asks with the same email, the link lets you enter a new sign-in email for that company, then the code sent to that address.

I think a colleague already set the password.

A company has one account, and the address that set the password first is the sign-in email. Ask again and we email you that address, partly hidden, so you can check with your colleague and sign in.

Terms and going public

I already consented on the booth application. Do I have to again?

Yes. The application consent covers listing your company in the show catalog; using the account needs your acceptance of the TOPIC Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. It is asked once, on your first sign-in.

When does my catalog go public?

On Nov 15, 2026, the catalogs of exhibitors who accepted the terms go public together. Companies and products we prepared stay hidden until then. A product with no photo stays hidden, so add at least one to each.

What if I do not accept by the deadline?

Companies that have not accepted by Nov 14, 2026 are left out of the launch. Nothing is deleted — accept afterwards and your catalog goes public then. The password can only be set until Dec 14, 2026, though, so set it before then if you have not.

I do not want to be listed.

You stay unlisted unless you set a password and accept the terms. To withdraw the listing consent you gave on your application, contact TOPIC with your company name and business registration number.

Your details and account

Something copied over is wrong.

Sign in and fix it yourself. We reapply the application data every week, but your edits stay. Booth numbers follow the organizer's application data; if yours is wrong, please contact TOPIC.

I am already on TOPIC.

Sign in with the account you already use. If you ask anyway, we email you that the account exists and its sign-in address, partly hidden; this show and your booth are added to your existing company.

The contact person changed, or I want to sign in with another email.

Before the password is set, ask with another contact email or the representative email on your booth application — the address that gets the link becomes the sign-in email. If nobody can open a registered address, please contact TOPIC. Once signed in you can change it in Settings.

Your store is ready. All it needs is your password.

Set your password and accept the terms, and keep taking inquiries long after the four days are over.
